A client gave us 10 for every section & an amazing reveiw but Booking only gave us 9.

I can only assume it is because he clicked on the, 'Any thing bad to report', to say, 'NOTHING' that it reduced our score.

The review system was changed a while back and we were informed of the change.  However, it is really frustrating when this happens.  Amazed haven't altered it because all our scores will slowly go down which doesn't look good for them.  Please add your comments to this Featured discussion where we are voicing our concerns.
