Room description not correct

Hi, all:


I am new with Booking.com. I just listed one of my room on booking.com. However there are some information not correct, such as check in time, no internet access, child not allowed, payment is cash only etc. I try to correct them by click on 'Property', 'Facilities & Service', 'Room Amenitities'. However the change is not made. The frustration is there is no one available to talk to. How is the way to sort it out? Thanks
