Rooms and Rate Plans are not display into front side.

Dear Team, we have added few rooms and rate plan into booking.com from channel manager,

but it seems few room type and rate plans are not visible into front side.

 

can you please look into it?

Note:

  1. That is not how this works at all. No one will be calling you or looking at your Extranet settings.    
  2. Extranet  : https://admin.booking.com  is self-service, and the Knowledgebase above in the menus and partner created guides are all you have initially. It is important to read those and learn the basics.  
  3. Then if struggling , post atopic with specific questions , if we cannot assist  then message or phone BdC Partner Support.

On the topic of 3rd party Channel Managers, which by the way you have not even shared the name of it, its mostly up to you to set it up and configure it right. BdC support will only assist with their side.

 

Then Other Partners if they use the same Channel Manager , once you share which one it is , may speak up and try to assist.

 

Me , once I know which one it is , I usually will look at their website and absorb the entire Knowledgebase they have to see if I spot the issue then, and a potential resolution method.

 

From what I remember you have to map RoomType IDs to the CM. I suspect you have yet to complete that part.

 

So share the missing info and lets see what we can come up with

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
