Dear All, Ive been trying to activate the same day check in / bookable option  , but inspite of the inventory being open and NO restrictions added to the rate plan , yet the page shows that there are no availablity on the same day..the calender shows "Bookable" but yet availability shows no bookable (for the same day checkin )



Can take some hours to update as its not instant change.

I had the BdC Support a few days ago confirm this.


Extranet > inbox

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
