Security deposit

I'm only allowed to take cash on arrival and refund it on departure. For all other bookings for my caravan, it is paid by bank transfer and refunded the same way. 7 days before and after. How can I get bookingdotcom to allow the same system?

simply you cant. but how you collect it is your perorgative.

 

But it doesnt have to be cash on arrival, just send the payment methods and time limit to the guest in the auto message template on new booking made.

 

if they fail to follow the instructions within at least 24h minimum, the booking is void and you are ok to cancel it.

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
