Setting set to minimum 2 nights Received booking for 1 night

Ive checked all my setting until December 2022.  They are set for a minimum stay of 2 nights, yet today I have a booking for 1 night.  How can this happen?

Two things to check,


  1. Rate plans - check no rate plans has min nights =1.  
  2. List View Calendar - enter date range m expand  each room type, then rate plans and promos. , verify values.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
