Signing in

This morning it has taken me five attempt to sign in.  I used the same access codes each time.  I only got in by trying to contact you and needing to sign in to do that and from that page my sign in codes worked.  Can you explain/fix this?

please tell me your not reusing the same SMS code over and over?

never do that

 

If you locked yourself out like it sounds, instead go to the logon page 

 

admin.booking.com and click on forgot password , follow the steps.

 

if you still manage to mess it up then use the public phone numbers to get support,
