Hi, my property is set to "sold out" even the setting is "Open / Bookable" and:

-the calendar for this summer is set to "open for bookings" and each day in summer is set to "1 left to sell"

-"Minimum length of stay" =1,

-"Minimum advance reservation"=0

You have posted this on the partner forum.  If you have a technical problem with your setup you need to contact the booking.com help team.  Use the Inbox icon on Extranet.

Did you manage to find the solution for this issue? We are experiencing similar problem, for some reason the problem is only present when booking via mobile application (both iOS and Android)
