specific booking review

Hi Community I have an issue with a specific review...... I would like to share my point of view, with a support team on a one off basis ...... rather than in public. How can I get in touch with support .......  i.e. e-mail or chat or phone??? I don't believe in a public form is a place to discuss specific incidence or public discrimination without first an arbitration to resolve the difference.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Support

I would like to bring to your attention my first and only booking I have had through Booking.com

I have been an Airbnb host, but due to COVID situation, I extended my availability/offerings on other platforms as well, like booking.com

My first guest, reservation #***,  I had with booking.com, well, only books a room in the basement for one night........  I did offer her the option of a room on the 2nd Floor at no extra cost. After the first night, she approached me and asked to extend her stay at my house for additional 2 nights,,,,,,  and we worked something out........ Later she come to me and wanted to further extend her stay at my house for a few weeks...    After the incisal arrangement, something she did that is not allowed and she went beyond her mandate, and I cancel the second extension request to her stay.  Furthermore, She was spouse to be out the following day by 11:00 AM as per my rules of reservation. It took all the way until 3:00 PM before she finally left. Her comments on the reviews is not consistent whit the requesting an extension, twice to me. For further back up the satisfaction of other guest I have had feel free to visit my Airbnb page *** and the 4.96 STAR rating out of 5. Other places at Homestay.com (I believe are associated to Booking ) I also had a first reservation recently, and she also asked me to extend......  She is still at my place waiting to travel back to her country. and here are her comments with a 5 STAR rating out of 5. quote "Jose was very welcoming and helpful easygoing and kind.His place is beautiful peaceful clean and relaxing Had an amazing experience during my stay. Felt like home . Will definitely come again next time I need short rental....Thank you Jose"

I do believe that the *** (Reservation # ***) is NOT realistic and false because she wanted to extend her stay for the second time and I turn her down on the second time she wanted to further extend. Her comment is out of anger/revenge for not accepting her extended stay the second time around.

Her comment are not REAL and with al due respect it should be removed ........

Further more I am noticing in general in various platform, guest are opting into reserve the accommodation using one or two days stay just to get their foot in the door, and once they are in the facilities then they ask for extension to stay and try to negotiate the price and not pay the booking free.......  this is becoming too frequently

enable Deposit and take deposit from them directly, as BdC does not accommodate a method for it.
