Still no address verification code letter after almost 8 weeks

I first registered my property with on the 29th March and need the address verification code to go live.....still nothing after 8 weeks. This is also the second attempt to get a letter with the code. I am missing potential bookings at a time when people are starting to travel more. I am tempted to abandon my listing with and go elsewhere. The problem is made harder as you can't speak to anyone for help. What do you suggest?



After 5 weeks, message partner support to arrange alternative method.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
