We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Take away Breakfast

Hi we have three rates, Base rate which includes breakfast in our dinning room, Take away breakfast rate which is a take away breakfast and a room only rate but on your web site it just states breakfast include which is confusing your clients/bookers is there a way to show that it is a take away rated room as many other guest houses are offering take away breakfast as an option due to Covd 19

Hi Paul,

 

Indeed as your offering are non standard.

 

So just add the extra detail to:

  1. extra photo with text 
  2. the fine print area - Extranet > Property > View Descriptions
  3. Under Fine Print is the COVID19 options which includes reduced services etc,,
  4. auto message template - new bookings
  5.
