This is disgusting that we have not been credited for booking that have never taken place all because we were informed late by our guest they could not come because of COVID 19, We were hoping to put the £54 towards the outstanding invoice of £75 (which we had already disputed with yourselves ,regarding guest no show.) We will now be logging this complaint regarding Booking .com not
treating its Hopitality customers fairly s and log my complaints , as you are aware we are a very small B & B and at this rate we wont be trading anymore , so we may have to say good bye you will be hearing from the Financial Ombudsman /Trading Standards.

If you have not marked it as a No Show iwith in the normal time frame, then literally all you need to do is use Booking.com Messages and notify them of the reference and the status.
Or go to the Reservation Statement, find it and then tick the Dispute box and submit
