No other way to reach booking.com. I terminate the contract
You have posted this on the partner forum so still haven't reached booking.com. You can email their help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet. If you do want to terminate you will have to email them to do this.
I followed the instructions and it says I have to "compose a new message" in my inbox (extranet) but there is no way to "compose a new message" in my box so Iguess all these people here trying to terminate the contract could not find it either.
Use the booking.com messages option and in there you can compose a message.
and where is the "messages option"? Cant seem to find that either.
