It would be nice i more than 1 phone number would be listed for the system to call with a login code would save some hassle to the stress

I am not sure what difference it would make, if there were only the same number of people answering the calls.  Maybe try an email using the Inbox on Extranet so that it will at least be filtered to the correct team.
