It’s no secret that having a lot of availability is essential for getting more bookings. As the Booking.com guest can range from spontaneous, last-minute bookers to long-term planners, having enough availability is key to being seen, and booked by every kind of traveller.
If you haven’t decided the rates that far in advance, it’s better to have availability using rates that you think are reasonable right now. The more availability that you offer, the more likely your property will be seen by customers searching for specific dates and a greater change of turning those lookers into bookers!
Avoiding heavy restrictions and offering consistent availability helps drive business on all your channels throughout the year. To keep track of high-demand dates for your property, visit your extranet ‘Opportunity Centre’.
