Tips for having positive guests!!!

Think positive...be positive and positive things will happen!!!
Never let a bad situation bring out the worst in you. Choose to stay positive and be strong to the end!!!
Sometimes guests might be in a bad mood but it’s up to us to change this...with kind and comforting words... we must try to make their stay memorable if we want them to spread the good words around!!!
Sometime ago I had a guest with very bad temper from the time he arrived to my property...he started yelling about everything...he was on the road for 16 hours.... I even offered him to stay for the night and leave next morning without paying...
He stayed seven (7) days and every day he was apologising for his bad temper!!!!
By the time he left we had become friends!!!
I firmly believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better...

You are right. Some guests can be angry very easy as they've been tired along their journey. I have been welcoming those kinds of guest, but he left happily on his check out. Through out his stay, we were very taking care of everything what he needs. But Maria I do not accept one word what you said "Positive", positive on everything is good NOT for Covid-19. Hahahaha....Just kidding you! Thanks for sharing such kind of tips.

Hello Sergei can you see my profile and help me how to improve, a have a good review since 2018 I do all I can and more for my guest but I'm out of reservation in June when the weather it's great and all it's open bars restaurants.. how can I do it better ?

I think it’s better if you call your local BDC office and ask them to check your calendar...

Yes my calendar it's open just I close today to clean I like for covid protocol live some time from guest to guest and I had only leaving so I keep the house Refresh which office !
Unfortunately it’s closed all the days in June and July...

Hello Inaki,
My advise is to get in contact with Booking.com immediately to find out the issue and resolve it (Extranet >> Inbox >> Booking.com Messages). There could be many reasons why your property is not showing rooms to sell. It could be restrictions you may have in place (minimum length of stay, no arrival on/ no departure on), mapping issues with your Channel Manager, no price loaded even though there's inventory etc. Sometimes it could be a quick fix too!
