Too many cancellations from customers from the same geographical area (DRC) who book from France

 

 Hello dear all

 

 I am the manager of our hotel we have been living since our registration on Booking a very delicate situation we receive no-shows from customers from the same geographical area (DRC KINSHASA??) who for the most part make reservations from Europe and USA for trips to their country of origin on the day said he does not cancel, does not show up either, yet they have arrived in the country and left to live with their families the reservation having just been a springboard to have the visa d 'entry into Congo Brazzaville ?? then he will cross the Congo River later to get to their home after we have a ton of no-shows that we ourselves turn into a cancellation that disrupts the schedule of reservations and that of availability WHAT TO DO HELP ME PLEASE ?

 

 Do not advise me prepaid reservations all local competitors are in postpaid mode and free cancellation
