Transfer existing bookings

Hi, how do I transfer existing bookings of a house as a new owner?

Hi Sergei. I read that article, but I does not say what will happen to the existing bookings. Will they still see the old owners reviews and rating/grades/points? Or will Booking.com kindly ask them all to rebook to my profile, with the risk of getting cancellations?

I would like to know more about the process. It is bookings for 25.000€ that I do not want to risk.

Hey Christian Ehrensvärd! What do you mean by owners reviews? Guests rate and review the property, right? If I understand your question correctly, the same property is going to have a different owner, right?

Yes, that's correct. I will be the new owner. I just want to know what happens with the existing bookings for 2021. Will they only notice that there is a new owner or will they be contacted by Booking or will they have to cancel and rebook?

Hi Christian Ehrensvärd! I had a few conversations with my colleagues. It really depends on the situation and how big the change for guests is going to be. Unfortunately, this is something we can't help with in the Partner Community due to privacy reasons. So the best thing to do in your case is to contact support. Please use your extranet.
