I just want to ask why my reply score has changed from 100% way back in April 2020 to 90% since December 2020, corrected the error the first week of January, went back to 90% again, one week ago?
Our last completed booking was on March 6, 2020, and the upcoming bookings for April 2020 were all canceled reason: extenuating circumstances (pandemic covid - 19).
Since April 2020, we have not received any bookings and or inquiries from guests, why my reply score changed?
I found this buried under Partner Help > Your Reservations. So many of us likely have never seen it. This should have been pinned and featured on the community
