Turn off Review notification

Hi,  I'd really like to turn off the notification of guests reviews (come through on pulse)  They can be great but also upset me with unreasonable expectations and complaining about things which they said nothing about whilst staying. (human nature)

I suppose I could just not read them but prefer to turn off notification.

I would simply suggest its time to develop thick skin and just ignore them.

Having said that sometimes you might get new ideas from it like putting up posters with symbols to make multilingual notices easier,

people see the and understand an image quicker than text in a language they do not know.

It is possible to turn off Guest review notifications on Pulse. 

 

Please go to "More", then select "App settings" - "Notifications". There will be few types of notifications, you will be able to turn off the ones you do not want to receive.
