IM STARTING TO MAKE MYSELF POORLY NOW....THERE MUST BE SOMEBODY WHO CAN CONTACT BDC TO GET THEM TO CONTACT ME WITH CORRECT EMAIL...

IM STARTING TO GET BOOKINGS IN BUT CANNOT ACCESS MY PLATFORM AS THEY HAVE CHANGED MY DETAILS

Sorry Cathy but like I said in my last reply, when you cannot access the Extranet you need to use the public list.

Thank you Brook...I know...but every time I call the numbers you simply CANNOT get past the automated voice without a PIN...i have no PIN, never have had...Its making me poorly now...it's awful awful 'service' but thank you for taking the time to  reply.

I do agree with the technology constraint withAi enabled Chatbot moderation,  soon chat bot soon may be able to call hosts and record the problem and initiate auto solution too , Current disqualifiing E mail is not ethical,  This is my understanding , Well you may need facial recognition alternatively to pin authentication ,

So I discovered something similar yesterday on the Facebook - Booking UK group,

 

It turned out Guests are prompted for Confirmation number from their booking and a PIN, both of which are in their inbox in the message first sent after a new booking. On the every same page is an option to have the system retrieve this very info ,  so can you try that please and see if it sends you the numbers/PIN and let me know , thanks https://secure.booking.com/help.en-gb.html There is the 2nd and 3rd options shown , one to retrieve and one to bypass and contact PS: are you even a Property Partner at all and this is just a Guest enquiry? retrieve PIN
