Unable to find booking details after receiving email advising of a booking

Hi

I received an email advising of a booking made for our premises. However, when I click on the ling, and insert my user name, it tells me that that there is no such user. I have accessed this forum by logging in with the same user name via google. The page, however, does not recognise me as a partner and shows no messages.

Can anyone tell me how to access the bookings page for my property

That sounds alot likely spam.

 

As you said if the reservation list on Extranet shows no matching, date, name and reservation number then simply ignore.
