This sounds like you are listing on more than one OTA /website and got a double booking, due to NOT having setup a Channel Manager to manage them.

 

Contact the double booking guest:

  • Offer to change dates, maybe 1 free night, be creative
  • Direct the Guest to cancel their booking on booking main website them selves.
  • This is very important otherwise you run the risk of a relocation invoice.
