We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

unavaible for booking in same day

Hi everyone,

my apartment can not booked in the same date , for example today is 22/7 when someone want to book it show unavaliabel  , however in admin page the room is bookable . I appriciate  your help

hello and welcome to the bdc partner forum.

try logging on to the bdc admin portal and go to calendar option

check that you have "Minimum advance reservation" is set to zero otherwise you will not be able to book on the same day.

thank you for your answer, however I couldn’t find “ minimum advance reservation” in the calendar.
