Unexisting reservation

Hello,we have problem,our client *** had reservation in our hotel *** we reseived some emails to ask us cancel reservation,which we made already and trought what client dont come.

Today we received letter what client will come to our hote;,but we already cancel reservation and dont have any free rooms today.

Could you please help me solve this problem?

Hi

Theres nothing to do , as you said they asked to cancel and you cancelled it in Extranet right?

or they sent a message via BdC website which shows in the reservation details, requesting cancellation right?

 

 

If yes then there's nothing to do its up to them to sort themselves out and learn from their incompetence.

 

Go check the reservation list and make sure its definitely showing as cancelated.
