Unjustified ‘Poor’ guest review.

Has anyone been successful in getting a guest score removed?

We have consistently been getting 9/10 review scores but the other day we received a 3!!!!

We greeted and treated them as we all our guests, politely and with respect and their accommodation was of the same high standard as with any other guest.

Their score has lowered our average considerably.

Any one got any advice?

It entirely depends on if BdC see their review as breaking the rules.

 

All you can do is submit a request for it to be reviewed and see what they come back with.

and also message the guest to follow up and they may actually amend it themselves then.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
