We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

hello Paula and welcome to the bdc partner forum which is for sharing tips, ideas etc

can you try going to the bdc admin extranet

click top right on the Account option

and use the "create and manage users"

GL and let us know how you get on.

Would suggest you edit the original post and remove names and telephone numbers.

Hi there

This only allows me to edit my own user login I need the access to administer all company logins?

Where is this possible in the extranet and is it possible for group users to be modified without going into each property

hi!

In that case you are probably not set up as the administrator - is there someone else who has the admin rights? If I log in to my option I can add/remove users - my status is "Admin has full access to this property's extranet and Pulse app"
