updating the calendar

A client cancelled his booking. But Calendar still locked for the booked period. How to remove it and make these days available for another person to book.

Youy have not indicated the dates.

I am going to assume the check-in date has past or with in 24/48 hours.


The trick I use is open the calendar List View, for those dates ,and increase the inventory count for that Room Type +1.

but keep an eye on it, in case the canelled booking does update to a cancelled and revert the change.



How was it cancelled? Phone BdC Support to cancel it quicker and free up the inventory..

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Hi Jasper Place,


If it was a reservation that was cancelled, the system should auto-replenish your dates and make them bookable again. If this was an external reservation, it may be that your calendar had not yet updated it's sync to reopen the dates. You may also wish to manually reopen the dates yourself by increasing the inventory.
