Updating Rate Plan not reflected in Calendar?
How come when I update my rate plan under the "rates & availability" tab, it does not carry over to the calendar? I still have to individually change the rate plan criterion (e.g. price per occupancy, minimum night stays, min adv reservation time) manually for each date on the calendar.
Someone just booked, but the the rate he is getting is not the default rate plan I set...
Have you tried using Calendar in List View, then open up down left and it will show you all the various rates. You can do a Bulk edit within there rather than changing for each date manually.
I did that as a work around but the changes I made in the rate plan page don't auto appear in list view as the default settings/restrictions in calendar
Probably best to contact booking.com help team, to see if they have any ideas,using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.
