URGENT! Cancellation of a reservation.
URGENT! Help to cancel your reservation ***. The room is already occupied! I can't accept a guest. The guest has booked a room today, check-in tomorrow 29.06.20. and cancellations can only be made 48 hours in advance. What to do? Booging has already debited money from the guest. I won't post it.
