Very young guests

I am having a problem recently with young guests booking my apartments.  I have put an age restriction to the booking policy of not wanting guests under 27 but Booking still book 19 and 20 years old. What do I do?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Well did all that.... after speaking to a booking rep at the help line I was told there is nothing they can do to stop young people booking!! So i said what is the point of putting an age limit in my policies if you can't implement it? The system needs to change. Just by them asking for DOB at the booking point should sort out who is eligible to book.
