contact partner support via 3 methods below

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Method 3:  *** public main lines via Where you can reach us

Hi Amanda,

There is no reporting for Visibility Booster. As BrookeAve mentioned, if you head to the reservations tab you'll be able to see the bookings there. You can export via csv a report for bookings, for the time frame visibility booster was turned on.

In my opinion sometimes the other products that we have can actually work better, and generate more bookings for a property, depending on guest booking behavior. It would be best to look at your Analytics Tab and see how the market and how your competitors are performing to make sure you are on track with what the market is doing. In the Analytics Tab, look at your Booker Insights and Book Window and compare with the market. Look at your Sale and Pace and compare with your competitive set and peers. See where the property ranks in terms of revenue rank and room nights rank. If you haven't seen this before then I would suggest calling the partner services team and asking them to show you so you can base your selling strategy off the market data Booking.com has.

Kind regards,

C.Chin
