We have customers who came with over 12 guests when the maximum is 8 and they booked 7-8. Due to previous bad experiences with makers of curries and being unable to remove the odours for immediate guests we have a 250 cleaning fee to bring in carpet and

soft furnishing and an extra 250 (for the 2 nights)for the additional people. This guest thinks we are being unreasonable and wants to go through Bookings Customer service. Im not sure of the pathways to do this

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
