We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I would like to add a disclaimer on our website regarding COVID-19, i want to know if anyone can help me do this?

I also would like to create a back-up file of our website, I tried to do it couple of times, seems like it's not working...

1. Disclaimer

Goto extranet, property menu

Click View my description,  now edit and submit under Fine Print.

Also add a photo with text.

Also edit your first auto message template insert it at top.

 

2. Backup extranet config.

 

There is no such feature.
