Where can I get my confirmation number and pin as a host?


I have an issue with my property and I am unable to find any help online, I also can not contact booking by the phone, because I do not know where to find the confirmation number as a host. Where is it? I need an urgent help!

Below are 3 methods to contact BdC.


By confirmation  number are you referring to location verify  code ? if so you can request an alternative method.


By PIN for Extranet logon, you can generally get this by SMS , or for mthe pulse app if you already set them up.


Worst case use the public list *** below to ring for support.




Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
