Where do I find the questions potential guests ask about my property?
I received an email from booking with a question from a potential guest. When I click on the link in the email it takes me to the activity page but I don’t see where the question is or how to answer it.

I'm happy that you ask! It's good to stay on top of your messages. In your Extranet, go to Inbox. Ensure that all the little red circles (notifications) are read and answered. You can also set up automatic replies for common questions (Extranet >> Property >> Messaging Preferences).

You don't always get notified of these pre-booking questions (another bug in BDC systems). If you do get a notification, it might be several hours after the potential guest asked (not very helpful to anyone).
If you answer these questions, the answers could be public for a long time. It's worth making your responses "date specific", especially for anything covid related etc.
