Why can't I connect my booking.com calendar with other calendars?

Aparently this option is not available for all accommodations. when I go to the " Rates and availability " the option Synchronize calendars is not available, I can not sse it. I would like to know hot to change this and be available to conect all my calendars

The simple answer is :

  1. Room Type Inventory Count must only be 1 or < 2.  
  2. The Cal Sync is not managed or initiated very well. i.e. No instant triggered update/sync to from all OTA Calendars.  
  3. The recommendation to work around this issue and limitation is to use a free or paid for Channel Manager service. Such as synbbnb.com, nobeds, cloudbeds, eiviivo...

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:

 

 

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
