Why my property is not completing 100%, without any reason?

I have added my new property "The Train Resort & Sauna" link of it ""

Already completed all of data entry, but still it keeps saying only 97% completed. and moreover the issue it's showing is amenities missing, how many times I do the edit, but it keeps saying this same thing.

Please help me somebody.

Thanks for including the property link as a reference, if only more partners would do so.


You will find a link to my Guide on how to add it permanently to your Partner Profile, below at bottom of my signature or click on my name to see my profile and find it there too.


I'm going to assume you are actually referring to the :

Property Menu > Property Page Score , and right hand side is 97%


Usually on the main left pane there will be a clue as to which part is being considered as not 100% complete.

Do not assume it should be all 100% when you are  starting out.


  • Typically its caused by some of the photos are below the minimum dimensions to be considered High Quality.
  • Perhaps you have not tagged all areas in the photos.
  • Or have at least 4 photos per room.


Perhaps take a screen shot of just the checklist so we can see that the clues are if you cant figure it out.



  • On macOs use <SHIFT>+<CMD>+4 to turn on the selection tool. 
  • On Windows 10 there is equivalent tools : Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch


On the Facilities & Amenities and also the room amenities pages sometimes the changes do not save.

I remember this happening to me. 

Simply redo and before leaving the page, scroll to bottom and click on SAVE.

Hi Toke Terkelsen, thank you for writing in the Community! In the action list created in your Property page score the ones who are missing are not green and if you are at 97% it means just something is missing. Sometimes it might be a "tick", sometimes the room amenities suggests you to add to every single point if you have or not a certain thing in the room. Try to check what the page is requesting you and follow the suggestions given. Good luck!

I have a similar issue with my property.  We are a remote eco lodge and in order to finalize the registration, I understand a letter with a CODE will be mailed to the residence to confirm location.  This is not possible and I need an alternate way to finish registering.   We are located 14 km from Canoa, Ecuador and are located on Google maps and via satellite.   What do you suggest in lieu of waiting and possibly never receiving the physical letter?

Your topic is 100% different. Not even remotely related. This is not cool .

Your topic is actually ' Verify Property with alternative method".


Please don't hijack other topics, and instead open own topic so it can be addressed directly.


Multiple reasons included dilutes existing topic, goes off on tangent getting away from helping the topic owner.


Might sound harsh but it needs to be said.

Lately, I have noticed that BDC has added many new amenities, facilities...

At the end of each section there is a scroll down button show more....if you click on it you will see many many more amenities that you have to tick...
