Why is my property not showing any availability on booking.com?

I registered my property with booking.com a few weeks ago and although it is now coming up on the site, it is showing no availability. Why is this?

Also I want to make changes to some of the information that is coming up and  I don't seem to be able to do this, Why?.

I also have been trying to contact someone to speak to resolve these issues, which so far has proved impossible.

To check your availability setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set.  You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.

For information - search on Help for 'change description' and follow instructions.  booking.com will allow small amounts of detail to be changed.

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

Has your property been verified???

Before your property  goes live it has to be verified...

 If you want to change your description you have to do send a message request through your Extranet directly to booking.com.
