Why is Oriental Villa block from receiving bookings

I am seeing where Oriental Villa # *** is blocked from receiving any bookings. Why is this?

I went in an unblocked at it is sync with other booking platforms. I also add the promotions that are available so that persons can now tab into these promo and book. Please unblock or let me know why it is blocked in the first place.
