You can find you property listing url in the top circle 2nd menu on Extranet.

Add it to your partner profile so we can view it please.


I suspect the issue is either you need to review your Calendar View to verify rooms and rates are active for dates


or it is suspended by that case you need to contact them directly. see link below on how to find the contact options as a partner.…
