Our profile in your page seems like doesn't work as usual because my guests informed us that they cannot book our rooms in your page. So we was looking for help since we cannot find the problem.

Hi Christine Tang

You can find you property listing url in the top circle 2nd menu on Extranet.

Add it to your partner profile so we can view it please.


I suspect the issue is either you need to review your Calendar View to verify rooms and rates are active for dates


or it is suspended by BdC.in that case you need to contact them directly. see link below on how to find the contact options as a partner.
