Wrong place listed my property in the wrong place. About 200km away from the actual place. I do not know why. My information was correct. I did not get an answer to my request to change. Changing it yourself is impossible. This is very bad for me and potential guests. What can I do?

Sorry to hear about your struggles...but you are not the only one.

In your Extranet Property tab under General Info, scroll down to Property location and change your coordinations.

thank you for the fast answer. The coordinates are correct. The position is also correct in the maps. Even so, my property is listed in the wrong place when searching.

The correct place is Butre

I think its better if you contact BDC directly through your Extranet inbox tab or call your local BDC office to support you.
