Hallo,

bei uns in System gibt eine Fehler und wir können nicht mehr Verfügbarkeit öffnen...

we got a 500(internal Server Error) Status Code for your request

Hallo,

Me too. This happened to me this morning, with just one of my listed properties.

I think they have since fixed it as it doesn't happen anymore.

How long did it take for you guys to be fixed and whom to turn to about it ?

Heya,

It's been two months since they fixed it. If it's a new thing happening to you, I strongly sugggest you phone Booking.com and report it because it's not normal.

We did not solve it. It just did not happen again after I complained here about it. Still we do not have good advice for you but to send an e-mail to Booking.com

I think that sort of problem happens occassionaly to new properties only somewhere around beginning of using extranet. We opened our property 6 months ago and had same problem then. It was solved somehow after sending an e-mail and phonecall to Booking.com and never happened again - if that is of any comfort to you.

I suggest you make a phonecall to your regional Booking.com office.

I've logged in this afternoon and I couldn't complete what I wanted and when I tried to log in later I received that message.

Is there someone who can help?

Hallo Booking.com, hoe kan ik jullie in dit soort gevallen in godsnaam bereiken? E-mailadres en of telefoonnummers helpdesk of iets? ik heb mij rot gezocht en niets kunnen vinden. Ik hoop dat een medewerker van booking.com dit leest en ons belt of mailt.

Hello Booking.com, how can I reach you in such cases? E-mail address and / or telephone numbers help desk or something? I have searched for myself and could not find anything. I hope a booking.com employee will read this and call or email us.

Heya,

Thanks for posting. I haven't experienced this error for a long long time. I suggest you phone Partner services to ask if they have technical difficulties. 

Sadly the Booking.com employees do not respond on Forum posts.

It happened this morning to me. I only deleted the cookies on the browser and the problem was solved.

 

Also everywhere in the help pages is stated to call a number on the extranet but if you can not log in to the extranet you won't be able to find the number, so here is a link with all the help numbers: https://partner.booking.com/es/ayuda/como-ponerte-en-contacto-con-nosotros

Me pasó esta mañana. Solo eliminé las cookies en el navegador y el problema se resolvió

Además, en todas las páginas de ayuda se indica que debe llamar a un número en la extranet, pero si no puede iniciar sesión en la extranet, no podrá encontrar el número, así que aquí hay un enlace con todos los números de ayuda: https://partner.booking.com/es/ayuda/como-ponerte-en-contacto-con-nosotros
