Almost 8/10 times I contact booking.com via phone calls they are extremely rude!
it feels so bad getting in touch with them. they simply dont care at all..
For me, problem is waiting to long to answer the phone.
Is that a local office or a national one?
If the former, try the latter. We have the same experience, local office is completely useless and proud of it!
The national office are leaps and bounds better.
They stopped answering my messages when I complained about the way we are treated as partners.
This attitude should have consequences, right? We will definitely take measures.
