Booking.com sent me an invoice, but nobody came to my house and I cannot do anything. What can i do?

No i just can’t mark them anyway... every day they send me an invoice and ask me to pay the bill. Do you know how can i get touch to them and tell them about this problem?Thanks for your help!

I think it might be your copying and pasting that glitches every now and then :-P Perhaps just make sure the Link has copied and pasted, it will hyperink it and then you will be sure. Otherwise you will have to copy and paste it again.
Happens to me all the time.. especially if I have a few links I want to add to a conversation.
