Booking.com how to work with them?

Hi there I have a problem with Booking.com that has come up. Maybe you all can help me! I accepted a booking through the tourist board for a two month committment. It was for a government program . I was to have consecutive booking for this time period through this agency. It was great for me, or so I thought! Now booking.com is mad at me for not having availibility for that period and they have reduced my score to the point that they are threatening to remove me from the preferred partner program. They as well will not let me into the genius program! How do I fix this??

What score have they reduced? The only score I know of are the review scores and they are decided by your guests.

The preferred partner programme? Is that where you pay a higher commission rate to appear further up the listings?

The score that I was talking about has to do with as you have said your preformance score connected with the preferred partner program. I have since figured out why and what happened! All of these new policies are a bit confusing! LOL! I am a little bit upset of an issue and am not sure how to deal with it though that maybe some of you might have some experience you mihght like to share. For us here in Patzcuaro, summer is not a high season. I am sure that it must be a computer program, but booking thinks it is our high season. Therefore they are expecting preformances here to be more active this time of year than they are. Any ideas on how to deal with their expectations??

BDc probably doesn't operate under the same terms in all countries, in the UK, you do pay a higher commission......I have no idea how much extra it is as It's not something we would want to participate in..
