cancel reservation

Good Morning.
By mistake I had my calendar badly synchronized and a reservation was made at a date that was already busy. I already sent a message to the host and requested the cancellation, but to date he did not respond. what can I do?

You could use the "invalid card" button, that will either get a response from the guest or allow you to cancel the booking 24hrs later.


If the guest has paid fully or placed a deposit, find them similar alternate accommodation yourself, hopefully at a lower price and book them in.

Hi! Sweethome-Carnide and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your struggles. In addition to what fluff said I would definitely inform BDC. You can reach out to them via your Extranet inbox tab and send your request or call your local BDC office.
