Check out rules

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone could give me advice. I sometimes have guests who do not respect the check out time, which is 10.30 am in my B&B.

Some people have stayed up to 1 pm.  Obviously breakfast is no longer served, but does Booking have a policy for these matters? If so, can I set an extra fee for extended stays?

Hi

 

Simply remind them on arrival and put up poster in the rooms saying Checkout policy on it.
