Complain ( Bad Staff )

I would like to lodge a complaint of staff of the site, because they made my property (closed and Not bookable) and when communicating with them, they did not get any attention to me, nor did they respond to my e-mails.

Res, did you check if they got your question? It may not have reached them yet, or something else went wrong.

Keep trying via the Inbox and login via Extranet. Formulate your question and keep track of all the communication made, keep the dates and who you talked with.

BDC is huge so they get an very big amount of requests every day. Don't give up.

Second: How many platforms are you with? ( like AirBnb, or HomeAway, depending where you live ) I can see a benefit from joining more than one platform to have more flexibility when something goes wrong. This is very common in the hosting world.

Very sorry to hear problems with BDC staff. In my country help center is very helpful and understanding. Sometimes I might have to wait on line but they are very polite eager to be of a help.
