Customer Service from booking.com
Can anyone suggest anything to help me with an issue.
I have 12 properties all happily using payments by booking.com
However I have one property that I have been trying to set up for over 2 months.
If I email support they don't read through the previous emails from booking.com and myself so don't understand the problem.
I have sent messages to the WhatsApp support but they don't help either just ignore the messages.
I have called the support desk and have 3 people promise to call back - they don't
I am FRUSTRATED and EXASPERATED
Can anyone suggest anything???
